THE August ADVOCATE OF THE MONTH IS:

Carly Woods!

This past month and truly for the past four years, Carly has been nothing short of wonderful! She has been incredibly consistent with her advocacy, reporting, and showing up for court, while also working full-time. She has navigated the ups and downs of her cases and taken every curve ball thrown. Carly has been an incredible steady presence in her CASA kids’ lives and a consistent presence in our CASA program.

On top of being an incredible advocate for the kids in her three cases, Carly has also been incredibly helpful behind the scenes at CASA. From speaking at CASA 101’s, attending new advocate graduations, and helping with all our major fundraisers such as Parade of Playhouses and Christmas in July BINGO, Carly has been all-in since the beginning.

We are truly grateful that four years ago, Carly chose to become a CASA advocate and to fully invest her time, love, and energy into families walking through foster care, other advocates journeying through cases alongside her, into our staff, and our program as a whole. Thank you, Carly, for all that you do!
