Christmas in July BINGO Fundraiser

CASA’s Christmas in July BINGO is coming on July 17th, and we are officially counting down the days!

NOTICE: Thanks to an overwhelming response, we SOLD OUT of tables the 1st day they opened!  However, we have started a waiting list.  Please email us at l.green@casaofwalkercounty.org to be added to the waiting list in case of any cancellations. 

Power up for a purpose raffle!

This year’s event will features a KOHLER 20KW Generator with Electrical & Plumbing Install Included!

The following terms & conditions apply:
*Winner to provide access to gas installation.
*Includes up to 20 ft of gas piping and a point of use regulator if necessary; up to $3,000.
*Prize includes installation within a 50-mile radius of the CASA office (2515 Pine Shadows, Huntsville, TX 77240). Any installation required outside of this area may incur extra charges, which must be paid by the winner.

Tickets are only $40 each or 3 for $100. Drawing will be held during the event BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO WIN!

Payment options include:

  • Online Payment (Credit or Debit Card, Fees Apply), Click HERE.
  • Venmo – Submit via Venmo to @CASAWST. CASA Bingo Raffle must be included in the comment

ALL VENMO & ONLINE PAYMENTS MUST include contact info (name, email, phone number).  **Please note that the name on the raffle ticket will reflect the name on the online/Venmo purchase.

Event Information

When and where is the event?

The event will be held Friday, July 17th at the SHSU Lowman Student Center Orange Ballroom. The doors will open at 5:15pm and the festivities will begin at 6:15pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive as early as possible so that they can get food, check out the silent auction, and more before the BINGO game play begins at approximately 6:30pm.

What should I expect at the event?

We’ll be playing 15 games of BINGO and will host a live auction featuring children’s art. We’ll hold our Raffle Drawing for this year’s featured raffle item (see above), and we will host a silent auction as well! There will be plenty to do and lots of fun to be had!

What is included with my ticket?

All Ticket/Table purchases include Game Packs to Play BINGO, door prize and meal tickets for each guest. Your ticket also grants you access to bid in the live and silent auctions and to make purchases from the beverage bars where wine and beer will be available for purchase.  Parking in the parking garage at the LSC is included at no extra charge.

What should I wear? 

Attire for the evening is “Christmas in July” and specifically this year our theme is Hawaiian Christmas! This dress code can be interpreted HOWEVER you’d like- it’s all up to you.
