CASA’s Christmas in July BINGO is coming on July 19th, and we are officially counting down the days! More detailed information is below:

event INFORMATION

When and where is the event?

The event will be held Friday, July 19th at the SHSU Lowman Student Center Orange Ballroom. The doors will open at 5:15pm and the festivities will begin at 6:15pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive as early as possible so that they can get food, check out the silent auction, and more before the BINGO game play begins at approximately 6:30pm.

What should I expect at the event?

We’ll be playing 15 games of BINGO and will host a live auction featuring children’s art. We’ll hold our Raffle Drawing for this year’s featured raffle item (see info below), and we will host a silent auction as well! There will be plenty to do and lots of fun to be had!

What is included with my ticket?

All Ticket/Table purchases include Game Packs to Play BINGO, door prize and meal tickets for each guest. Your ticket also grants you access to bid in the live and silent auctions and to make purchases from the beverage bars where wine and beer will be available for purchase.  Parking in the parking garage at the LSC is also included at no extra charge.

RAFFLE

This year’s event will feature not 1 BUT 2 Raffle Prizes!  1st Prize is a Royal Caribbean Cruise Package valued at $1800.  You pick the date, port and destination!  2nd Prize is a Margaritaville Lake Conroe Resort Getaway for 2 nights PLUS a $250 Resort Credit for the spa/golf/restaurant/gift shop!  One ticket enters you into BOTH drawings!

Tickets are only $25 each OR better your odds and purchase 5 for $100.  AND you do not have to be present to win!  Payment options include:

  • Check (made payable to “CASA of Walker County”)
  • Online Payment (Credit or Debit Card, Fees Apply), Visit Christmas In July Bingo(Give Central)  
    Please include RAFFLE in the Note Section
  • Venmo – Submit via Venmo to CASAWST. CASA Bingo Raffle must be included in the comment
  • ALL VENMO & ONLINE PAYMENTS:  You MUST include contact info (name, email, phone number).  **Please note that the name on the raffle ticket will reflect the name on the online/Venmo purchase.

What should I wear? 

Attire for the evening is “Christmas in July” and specifically this year it will be Classic Christmas! This dress code can be interpreted HOWEVER you’d like! Dress up, wear red & green, wear Christmas sweaters, or come dressed as Santa’s Reindeer – it’s all up to you. 

TABLE INFORMATION

How much is a table? How many seats are included?
As always, there are 3 table levels available for purchase – Santa’s Favorites ($1,500), Reindeer ($1,000), and Santa’s Elves ($500). 

How do I reserve my table?

On April 30th, Santa’s Elf tables will be available for purchase IN PERSON at Cafe Texan from 7:30am to 9:00am and again from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Tables will be sold on a first come, first served basis and must be paid in full for reservation. After 1:00pm on April 30th, tables can be reserved through contact with the CASA Office. You may stop by our office (located at 2515 Pine Shadows Dr.) or email L.GREEN@casaofwalkercounty.org. We’ll need your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number for our records.  UPDATE…Thanks to an overwhelming response, we SOLD OUT of tables the 1st day they opened!  However, we have started a waiting list.  Please email us at l.green@casaofwalkercounty.org to be added to the waiting list in case of any cancellations. 

Do I have to pay in order to reserve my table?

Yes – payment in full is required to reserve your Christmas in July BINGO Table.

I don’t want a full table but I do want to come. Can I buy a single ticket to attend?

Due to the limited capacity of our event venue, individual tickets will not be available for purchase this year.
