CASA’s Christmas in July BINGO is coming on July 21st, and we are officially counting down the days! More detailed information is below:


When and where is the event?

The event will be held Friday, July 21st at the Walker County Fairgrounds. The doors will open at 5:00pm and the festivities will begin at 6:00pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive as close to 5:00 as possible so that they can get food, check out the silent auction, and more before the BINGO game play begins.

What should I expect at the event?

We’ll be playing 15 games of BINGO and will host a live auction featuring children’s art. We’ll hold our Raffle Drawing for this year’s featured raffle item (Golf Cart), and we will host a silent auction as well! There will be plenty to do and lots of fun to be had!

What is included with my ticket?

All Ticket/Table purchases include Game Packs to Play BINGO, door prize and meal tickets for each guest, and access to beverages/bar.

What should I wear? 

Attire for the evening is “Christmas in July” and specifically this year it will be a Christmas in July Pool Party! This dress code can be interpreted HOWEVER you’d like! Dress up, wear red & green, wear Christmas sweaters, or wear pool floaties and swimsuits – it’s all up to you. There WILL be an award given at the end of the night for the best dressed table so if you’re the competitive type, talk with your people and set your game plan for dress.


How much is a table? How many seats are included?

As always, there are 3 table levels available for purchase – Santa’s Favorites ($1,500), Reindeer ($1,000), and Santa’s Elves ($450). As of 6/26/2023 there are NO Santa Favorites Tables available, ONE Reindeer Table, and 12 Santa’s Elves Tables.

How do I reserve my table?

Stop by our office (located at 2515 Pine Shadoows Dr.) or email We’ll need your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number for our records.

Do I have to pay in order to reserve my table?

No! We will accept table reservations without payment. However, there are 2 things to be aware of if you decide to delay payment:

  1. Payment will be due in full by June 30th. If payment has not been received by this date, your table reservation will be released to our waitlist for purchase.
  2. When coordinating seating reservations for the event, seating priority is given in the order in which tables were PAID – not reserved. Reserving your table Thursday will guarantee you a spot at the event, but to get the best seats available, payment sooner rather than later is recommended.

I don’t want a full table but I do want to come. Can I buy a single ticket to attend?

If space remains, individual tickets will be made available beginning 7/1. Reach out to us in July at and we’ll let you know our table/ticket sale status and will hopefully reserve your spot then.
