Set sail for imagination with the “Fanta Sea Villa” — a fully custom, student-built playhouse inspired by charming coastal cottage architecture. Crafted by the Building Trades class at Gulf Coast Trade Center and brought to life with creative flair from the Art Department, this playhouse blends solid craftsmanship with artistic design. Measuring approximately 14 feet wide by 8 feet deep with a peak height of 8 feet, the layout features two eye-catching front gables — one showcasing a dramatic bay window nook, the other framing a welcoming entryway. Inside, crisp white walls and floors create a bright, airy feel, while a custom play kitchen invites endless hours of pretend play and seaside daydreams.

Step inside a playhouse where charm meets sophistication! “She Said She Shed”, built by In Pace Builders, welcomes you with soft blush pink walls that radiate cheer and warmth. Above, a rich wood-paneled ceiling adds character, while a sparkling beaded chandelier brings a touch of glamour and whimsy. The diamond-cut floor adds a dazzling finishing touch, reflecting light from three bright, sun-filled windows. This cozy cottage blends playful imagination with timeless style — perfect for a little girl’s dream space or a chic She Shed for the “older girls”!

“Wacky Shack”, Inspired by a 1900s schoolhouse, this one-of-a-kind playhouse brings imagination to life with its delightfully wonky angles and playful design — built especially for kids! Measuring 8×10 feet, the Wacky Shack was skillfully crafted by the Woodshop students at Trinity ISD, under expert supervision. It comes fully decorated upon delivery and stocked with games and books for endless hours of fun. And of course — what schoolhouse would be complete without a chalkboard? This whimsical creation will take “playing school” to a whole new level!

“Cottage at the Beach” built by Seale Construction brings coastal comfort to life for kids or adults alike! This charming playhouse features a cozy front porch perfect for relaxing seaside-style, it opens up to a bright interior with a large back door that swings wide to let in the sunshine and breeze. Custom curtains and matching pillows add a personal touch, making this little cottage the perfect spot to daydream, play, or unwind — no matter your age.

This charming mini replica of Graceland is sure to make Elvis proud! “Christmas at Graceland”, built by Superior Homes Custom, Inc. is constructed with Hardi stucco board, it features elegant rounded colonial columns and intricate dental molding that captures the essence of the iconic estate. The roof has black Timberline shingles and exterior is finished with premium Sherwin-Williams paint. 

The interior includes its own children’s toy Baby Grand piano along with life size Elvis and juke box cutouts. Interior also includes light fixture, switch and 2 outlets. Whether for imaginative play or as a decorative feature, this playhouse is a perfect tribute to Graceland’s timeless beauty!

“O Come All Ye Faithful”, provided by Northside Baptist Church and built by Superior Homes Custom, Inc . “ features a beautiful gabled metal roof and LP batten siding. Each side has 2 multi paned windows, plus 3 solid glass decorative windows placed to add to its chapel charm. Included are 4 wooden benches to complete the look. 

The interior is constructed with LP nickel gap and features a metal cathedral ceiling. This playhouse is wired for electricity and comes complete with light fixtures and outlets inside and out. 

Raffle tickets are being sold for $25 each OR 5 tickets for $100.

Yes! You will designate which playhouse each ticket applies to and on drawing day, each playhouse will have it’s own drawing. You can put all your tickets toward the same playhouse or buy multiple tickets and spread them across the options.

Please include the Name, Phone #, and Email Address to be reflected on each ticket. Additionally, include your playhouse selection(s). You may use the official Playhouse numbers (#1 for Fanta-Sea Villa, #2 for She Said She Shed, #3 for Wacky Shack, #4 for Cottage at the Beach, #5 for Christmas at Graceland, or #6 for O Come All Ye Faithful), or write out the name of the chosen playhouse(s). The buyer’s portion of the ticket may be claimed at the CASA Office (2515 Pine Shadows Dr., Huntsville) during normal business hours. This portion will NOT be required to claim your prize if your name is drawn.

Winners will be contacted directly using the contact information provided on the Raffle Ticket.

Delivery will be made within a 50-mile radius of the CASA office (Huntsville, TX). For all travel beyond 50 miles, the winner will be responsible to make other arrangements to pick up the playhouse from the CASA office by December 17, 2025. Delivery is made to driveway and will not include any special circumstances, such as fence removal, obstructions in alleyways, overhanging trees, etc.
