Christmas in July Bingo brings together our community for an evening of fun, prizes, and laughter—but its purpose goes far beyond bingo cards. Sponsorships directly fund CASA’s mission to advocate for children in foster care, ensuring they are safe, supported, and heard.

Table sales timeline:
January 1, 2026 – Upgraded (Santa’s Favorite and Reindeer) tables go on sale! These tables are open to anyone. Payment must be received by 3/31/2026.
Starting April 1, Elf Tables go on sale ONLY to 2025 table buyers.* Tables will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis according to availability. Payment must be received in order for us to hold tables.
May 1, any remaining tables will be available to the general public.*
*We are honored that guests are excited to attend our event each year. We are unfortunately limited in our seating capacity and we acknowledge it can be challenging to get a table at our event. What a great challenge for a non-profit organization to face! We cannot guarantee availability of tables to anyone except 2025 table buyers who purchase upgraded tables prior to April 1.
