dave hopper!

The Advocate of the Month for September is Dave Hopper. Dave’s calm, steady manner is such a positive quality when advocating for children.

He recently received a new case which requires much medical and educational advocacy. Dave jumped right in. Within the first month, he had already made a visit to the child, spoken with the caregivers over the phone and in person, called the child’s school, and read every single document associated with the case.

By the second month, Dave visited the child at school, met with teachers, and reviewed special education paperwork. He doesn’t let any grass grow under his feet, and we are so thankful for advocates like Dave who learn their cases inside out. This young man is fortunate to have Dave in his corner and we at CASA are proud to call him ours.
